'Isla (Arabic: خربة عسله) is a Palestinian village in the Qalqilya Governorate in the eastern West Bank, located 4 kilometers East of Qalqilya. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, 'Isla had a population of approximately 887 inhabitants in mid-year 2006.[1] 8.4% of the population of 'Isla were refugees in 1997.[2] The healthcare facilities for 'Isla are in 'Azzun designated as MOH level 3 there are also facilities supplied by UNRWA and the Union of Health work committee.[3]
